Yes, all inflatable rentals are delivered and set up for you and are not to be moved from the area in which they are set up by the delivery person(s).

Jax Party Company delivers all rentals to clients who are within a 15 mile radius from us. If you are further away than 15 miles, please contact us, and we can work something out!

We recommend that you reach out to us as early as possible! All of our party rentals are first-come, first-serve. If you wait to book your rentals until closer to your event, we can’t guarantee that they will still be available.

While we do prefer for customers to get in touch with us as soon as possible for party rentals, we understand that there are sometimes special circumstances. Jax Party Company will offer same day rentals as long as the rentals are available. Same day party rentals do require an additional cost.

We currently accept all major credit cards and cash. If paying with credit card, customers must sign a credit authorization form.

All renters must be 18 years old or older.

All party rentals are for a total of 5 hours. Any extra time will be subject to additional fees. 

If a customer decides to cancel for any reason, the 50% security deposit will be forfeited.

• There is a 5 hour rental duration for all equipment. Any extended hours will be subject to additional fees.
• Jax Party Company requires a 50% deposit of the total price (including delivery fee). All deposits are nonrefundable.
• We will need to see a copy of a valid driver’s license/ID for the person that is responsible for renting equipment.
• All equipment must be returned by 8 pm Any extended hours will be subject to extra fees.
• All equipment must be returned in its original condition.
• A 15% damage deposit is due on all rentals (funds will be released when equipment is returned in its original condition).
