Yes, all inflatable rentals are delivered and set up for you and are not to be moved from the area in which they are set up by the delivery person(s).

Jax Party Company provides convenient delivery services to customers located within a 60-mile radius of our warehouse for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your rental equipment to save on delivery costs.

We recommend that you reach out to us as early as possible! All of our party rentals are first-come, first-serve. If you wait to book your rentals until closer to your event, we can’t guarantee that they will still be available.

While we do prefer for customers to get in touch with us as soon as possible for party rentals, we understand that there are sometimes special circumstances. Jax Party Company will offer same day rentals as long as the rentals are available. Same day party rentals do require an additional cost.

We currently accept all major credit cards and cash. If paying with credit card, customers must sign a credit authorization form.

All renters must be 18 years old or older.

All rental equipment is available for a 24-hour period. If you require the equipment for a longer duration, please inform us when making your booking. Be aware that extended rental periods may result in additional fees, subject to Jax Party Company’s discretion.

Cancellation penalties can differ depending on individual circumstances. We recommend checking your rental agreement for specific details on how this may impact you. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.

• Jax Party Company requires a 50% deposit of the total price estimate (including delivery fee). All deposits are nonrefundable.
• We will need to see a copy of a valid driver’s license/ID for the person that is responsible for renting equipment.
• Jax Party Company kindly requests that all customers maintain a valid credit or debit card on file. Additionally, the card should be registered in the name of the individual renting the equipment.
• All equipment must be returned in its original condition.
